Lemongrass Essential Oil, is a steam-distilled oil from the plants long grass blades. Lemongrass Essential Oil is said to activate the mind and refresh the senses. Both calming and energizing, as Lemongrass Essential Oil is believed to ease nervous exhaustion.
Must be diluted with carrier oil when used topically. Recommended level of dilution is 1%-2% essential oil to carrier oil.
