Peppermint Essential Oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the plant and is considered refreshing, relaxing and stimulating. Heightens spirits, and deepens insight. Commonly used in massage oils Peppermint Essential Oil is known to help with neck and head tension.
Must be diluted with carrier oil when used topically. Recommended level of dilution is 1%-2% essential oil to carrier oil. NOT recommended for use with children up to the age of 6.
