    I AM FROM MINNESOTA WHERE LILACS GROW EVERYWHERE..IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE FLOWER SO I EXPECT MORE SCENT THAN THE AVERAGE PERSON..IT WAS NICE BUT NOT A REAL LILAC SMELL
